Your primary job role will be to assist as a HR Business Partner providing both hands on and strategic support in the areas of employee relations, coordinate & deliver operational KPIs and coaching/training & development. You will be responsible for adherence to compliance standards in building a productive & satisfied workforce.
You should possess a Degree in Human Resources/Management or in a related field with or without experience in Human Resources/Administration/Management. You should possess the ability to build and sustain strong professional relationships and to communicate effectively with any level in the organization. You should possess excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to assist your employees to higher levels of performance. You should possess the ability to perform under pressure in a challenging and fast-paced work environment proactively.
